Steps:

1. On counter, get Medical Form & Permanent License Form
2. Fill these Forms and paste your photo on each form
3. Attach a copy of your CNIC with each form
4. Go to Registration Hall, get Token and wait for your turn
5. On your turn, they will register you for Driving License
6. Officers will take Theory, Medical, Driving & Parking Test
7. If passed the tests, your application will be cleared by DSP
8. After test clear, you will pay Fee at Lamination Counter
9. Staff will take your photograph at another counter
10. New Driving License will reach at your address by TCS
